Janelle has lived in Central Ohio for over 40 years. Prior to Real Estate, she worked in non-profit Development, Marketing, and Fundraising, and has experience in Construction, Education. and Event Planning. Janelle received her Bachelor Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2001 and Master’s Degree from The Ohio State University in 2005. She became licensed to sell Real Estate in 2019.
Janelle is a member of the $5 Million Club and the Ohio Realtor’s President’s Sales Club (2020-2023). She was named the Delaware County Rookie of the Year in 2020. Janelle is an active member of the Delaware County Board of Realtors, serving as the 2024 Vice President. She is also a member of the Delaware City School District Board of Education.
Janelle lives with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Dylan and Audrey. They have 2 dogs, Lexi and Rip.

April was named the 2023 Delaware County Realtor of the Year. In 2022, she was awarded the Realtor Citizen of the Year and Rookie of the Year in 2017. She is a member of the $10 Million Club. April is an active member of the Delaware County Board of Realtors and served as the Board President in 2020. She is currently the State Director. April was elected to the Buckeye Valley Board of Education and organizes the Buckeye Valley Youth Basketball program.
April and her husband, Jeremy, have 2 children, Morgan and Troy, and 3 dogs.
